Over a 10 days intense training course we will cover the full cycle of Recruitment. This will be done in numerous different ways, typically in Classrooms, virtually and over the phone.

Some of the subjects included are as follows:

Phase 1: The Recruitment Process and Managing the customer (both candidates and clients)

This is the beginning of your Recruitment Journey, in this phase of your training you will learn the art of the Recruitment Process, you will understand the Candidate and learn the ability to be an active listener, ask intelligent questions and understand the needs of each jobseeker.

You will also learn all about Client management, setting expectations, understanding your market and evaluating what is and isn’t possible for your clients. You will learn the art of Account Management, creating and delivering SLA’s and much much more.

Phase 2: The Legal Stuff

Employment Law plays a major role in Recruitment, what you can and can’t ask, what you have to avoid to stop discrimination. In this module you will learn from experts in the field.

Phase 3: Sales and Business Development

This is a very comprehensive workshop taking in both online, classroom and practical training to gain the confidence and understanding of this critical part of your Recruitment Development.

In this module you will learn the likes of social selling, digital marketing, the art of the cold call/email, Mastering LinkedIn and much more.
