We’re hiring a ServiceNow Service Architect for an initial 6-month contract (FTC only), with potential to extend up to 18 months. The environment needs improvement and we need someone who can take ownership of end-to-end service design and deliver measurable outcomes.
What you’ll own
- End-to-end service design in ServiceNow, with a strong CMDB focus
- ServiceNow structure, automation workflows, and implementation improvements
- Service design for product management + support workflows across hundreds of products
- Service design for a platform-based product delivery model
- Dynamic CIs for product discovery and association
- Integration with observability tools (e.g., Datadog)
- Leadership across a hybrid team
Must-haves
- Strong ServiceNow service design + CMDB expertise
- Proven experience delivering workflow design at scale
- Self-driven, outcome-focused, comfortable operating independently
- AWS and/or Confluent Cloud familiarites
